1. Before the Course Begins

• You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first scheduled tutoring session.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. After the Course Begins

• No refunds are available for any portion of the course once the first session has started.

• You remain responsible for the full course fee even if you choose to stop attending.

• Early termination for any reason other than our material breach will not result in a refund or credit.

3. Company-Initiated Changes or Cancellations

• If we cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice (when reasonably possible), we will offer a make-up session or a pro-rated credit.

• In the rare event we must cancel the entire course, you will receive a full refund or credit for unused sessions.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (illness, technical failures, natural disasters, etc.). We will work with you to reschedule affected sessions.

5. Chargeback / Dispute Policy

Before initiating any credit card chargeback or payment dispute, you must first contact us at support@questyacademy.com and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Any chargeback made without prior contact may result in immediate termination of your account and pursuit of collection or legal remedies.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send your request in writing to support@questyacademy.com within the allowed timeframe, including:

• Your account email

• Course name

• Reason for cancellation

All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Questy Academy. This policy may be updated from time to time; the version posted on the website at the time of purchase governs your order.
